Our Safety Measures
Every CISD branch maintains comprehensive safety arrangements designed to prevent incidents and protect everyone on our premises:
- Clearly marked emergency exits and evacuation routes for quick, orderly evacuation
- Fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment that are regularly inspected and maintained
- Visible emergency and safety signage displayed throughout the premises
- Clean, hazard-free learning spaces that support focused and comfortable study
- First-aid facilities and trained personnel to respond promptly to minor injuries and emergencies
- Safe electrical practices with routine identification and control of workplace hazards
- Effective housekeeping and maintenance procedures to keep facilities safe and well-organized

Emergency Evacuation & Fire Drills
Preparedness saves lives. CISD conducts regular fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises so that every learner and staff member knows exactly how to respond in an emergency.
Our evacuation and drill program includes:
- Designated evacuation routes clearly identified for every area of the building
- A predetermined assembly point for safe headcounts and accountability
- Trained emergency personnel who guide learners and staff during evacuation
- Response time monitoring to verify the effectiveness of our procedures
